Where do I report a bug or send a request?
Please use the feedback form inside each app.
Can I upload gameplay videos of your games?
Yes. Gameplay and review videos are welcome. If you need assets for streaming or video production, please contact us.
I'd like to do something together.
We'd be glad to hear from you. Please email us first, and tell us about yourself and what you have in mind.
I'd like to talk about adapting a board game or web service into an app.
We welcome inquiries at the planning stage. Please email us with a brief outline or a URL.
Who do I contact about media coverage?
We welcome press inquiries. If you need logos or screenshots, please ask us as well.

Response policy

  • We reply within 4 business days of receiving your inquiry.
  • Depending on your email service and settings, our reply may not arrive or may be sorted into a spam or other folder.
  • If you have not heard from us within 4 business days, please contact us again from a different email address.
  • Business hours: 10:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends, national holidays, substitute holidays, and the year-end and New Year period.
  • We accept inquiries by email only.

Qdan Inc. ("we") discloses the following regarding personal information received through inquiries.

  1. Purpose of use

    We use personal information received through inquiries only to respond to the inquiry, and for no other purpose.

  2. Management

    We strictly manage personal information to prevent leaks and other incidents.

  3. Provision to third parties

    Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the person's consent.

  4. Outsourcing

    We may outsource the handling of personal information within the scope necessary for the purpose above (e.g. management on external servers). In such cases we evaluate the contractor from a privacy-protection standpoint.

  5. Requests for disclosure

    We respond to requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, notification of purpose of use, suspension of use, and suspension of provision to third parties. Please direct such requests to the contact below.

  6. Voluntary nature

    Providing personal information is voluntary; however, without it we may not be able to respond appropriately.
